1. 1. Projects under the EDG will be undertaken by KCG’s management consultants who are certified under Enterprise Singapore Consultant Quality Initiative (CQI)* certification programme.
   2. Under the CQI, management consultants who possess adequate know-how, competence, professional and ethical conduct to provide consultancy services, in accordance to TR 43:2015. To maintain their certifications and keep themselves relevant, consultants are required to continuously participate in professional development activities, such as courses and conference, or take up coaching opportunities. They are also regularly assessed through examinations and reviewed by veteran management consultants
