Lean / Six Sigma /Lean Six Sigma /Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Principal Consultant

(Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand)

Key Responsibilities
To support the development and delivery of robust and results-oriented Lean / Six Sigma and continuous improvement programmes across different industry sectors
To Coach clients in the use of Lean / Six Sigma / Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies and tools to improve business processes
To conduct public and in-house training

Requirements
Strong track record of career success in a similar role, including coaching and facilitation experience
Certified Lean Master, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Recognised Degree in Engineering / Science / Technology
Experience in the management and delivery of Lean / Six Sigma projects in manufacturing and transactional settings, with measurable results achieved
Outstanding leadership, project management and communication skills
Highly motivated team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas for projects
Proficiency in written and spoken English and preferably other Asian languages
