We believe that building internal resources and skills is vital for continuity and ownership of the changes needed for business improvement. We provide the required training to ensure effective skills and knowledge transfer. This may include training on Kaizen Strategy, Hoshin Kanri, Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ), Change Management and Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety (QEHS) Management Systems.
We facilitate the implementation of actual hands-on projects in the targeted areas for change and improvement. These may take the form of intensive Kaizen Events over 3-5 days, Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety (QEHS) Management systems development and implementation over 6-12 months, or organisational-wide Lean Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM) transformation programmes over 3-5 years.
We provide carefully customised facilitation, project coaching (e.g. Lean Six Sigma project coaching and Kaizen Event facilitation) and consultancy support sessions to ensure that projects achieve the target results and return on investment.
