TRIZ Training
Corporate Innovation & Creativity Course
“Inventing is the resolution of technical contradictions.” – Genrich Altshuller( Founder of TRIZ Methodology)
Introduction:
TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) is a systematic innovation methodology founded by a Russian scientist. The underlying concept of TRIZ is that innovation and creativity can result from logical processes through a systematic approach. TRIZ enables an organization to become truly innovative in formulating its strategic identity. At the corporate level, TRIZ is an engine for rational, structured, and historically proven idea generation, the DNA of Strategic Thinking.
TRIZ is rapidly gaining popularity as a powerful methodology for enhancing innovation and creativity inside corporate environments. Research and development teams, product developers, manufacturers, and service businesses alike are finding TRIZ to be a powerful tool for solving practical problems and building new technologies in their business. Large and small companies are using TRIZ on many levels to solve real, practical everyday problems and to develop strategies for the future of technology. TRIZ helps organisations generate more solutions of higher quality in less time. TRIZ is applicable to every industry and in every environment for the acceleration and innovation of problem-solving. TRIZ is also used to improve the scope and strength of the intellectual property.
The 2-day hands-on workshop introduces the powerful TRIZ tools and the TRIZ processes for problem-solving. It includes simple techniques to improve clarity of thought and the ability to find innovative solutions to any problem, achieve a solid grounding in problem-solving strategies (the foundation of a systematic means for solving any problem) and uncover simple and cost effective solutions.
Duration: 2 Days
