FAQs
1. Why is Six Sigma Training Important?
Six Sigma focuses on process improvement and variation reduction through the identification and removal of the causes of defects and errors. By eliminating variability and defects which undermine product and service quality, Six Sigma can bring about vast improvements in performance, profits, employee morale, quality of products and services and customer confidence. One of the important components of successful Six Sigma implementation is relevant and adequate Six Sigma training. Without proper training, there will be lots of frustration as enthusiasm itself will not make up for the lack of knowledge and skills. The frustration and lack of improvement will eventually kill the Six Sigma spirit.
