This programme is developed for Change Agents within the organisation tasked to lead or participate in continual improvement projects. A Kaizen Expert ( equivalent to Green Belt Certification) focuses on specific aspects of the Kaizen tools, techniques and concepts within the complete Kaizen curriculum.
