This course is designed to provide learners the basic understanding and application of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) in the product/system design environment, also known as Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA). • Basic ability to identify failure root causes and solutions in the context of applying Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA);
• Managing Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) activities.

Prerequisites

Participants should:

• Have technical domain knowledge of designing the product/system under their respective charge.

Resources Required
