Introduction:

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is the leader and the core of any Lean Six Sigma project. The Black Belt plays many roles within the team, including quality analyst, project manager, statistician, facilitator, and mentor. The Black Belt works full-time on projects and manages Lean Six Sigma teams.
 
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt programme provides core training modules, practices and methodologies for Black Belt candidates. Participants learn how key tools are utilized to form repeatable processes for solving critical problems.

Programme Objectives:

The aim of this programme is to impart participants with advanced level skills in analysing and improving processes using the Lean Six Sigma approach.
