Introduction TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) is a systematic innovation methodology founded by a Russian scientist. The underlying concept of TRIZ is that innovation and creativity can result from logical processes through a systematic approach. TRIZ enables an organization to become truly innovative in formulating its strategic identity. At the corporate level, TRIZ is an engine for rational, structured and historically proven idea generation, the DNA of Strategic Thinking.
