Introduction:
A Six Sigma Black Belt is the leader and the core of any Six Sigma project. The Black Belt plays many roles within the team, including quality analyst, project manager, statistician, facilitator, and mentor. The Black Belt works full-time on projects and manages Six Sigma teams.
The Six Sigma Black Belt programme provides core training modules, practices and methodologies for Black Belt candidates. Participants learn how key tools are utilized to form repeatable processes for solving critical problems.
