Introduction This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the importance of Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) in controlling and improving the production process and to give participants a practical knowledge of using statistical methods in analysing the measurement system. Duration: 2 Days Target Audience Managers, engineers and technicians who are involved in selecting and maintaining measurement systems.
Programme Objectives Participants will learn how to: · Define and understand a measurement system and the causes of variation therein · Qualify the sources of variation · Analyze data to improve the measurement system, design or choose appropriate systems for measurement, data collection and use · Maintain measurement systems over the life of the manufacturing process
