A Lean Diagnostic is a useful tool to measure an organisation’s Lean performance. A Lean Diagnostic assessment is an evaluation of an organisation’s current status of Lean implementation.

The Lean Diagnostic assessment provides a useful platform for an organisation to identify waste or non-value added activities, current strengths and weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
