Kaizen Consulting Group uses a unique Business Process flowcharting methodology as the core principle to customise the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) for each of our client. Using the existing natural business flow of our client's as the framework to build the Quality Management System, we then map the ISO 9001:2008 requirements into the established framework to identify where the individual requirements of the standard apply within the business. Each requirement is examined to determine which part of the business process is affected by the requirement or already satisfies the requirement. Our approach complements the existing working methods and organisational culture, rather than an imposed a bureaucracy of control solely developed for the sake of ISO 9001:2008 certification.
