Introduction:

This course is the ideal starting point toward understanding and implementing the Codex HACCP standard. A detailed review of the standard, together with the key considerations for implementation, will be covered. This 2-day workshop will include a mixture of lectures, practical hands-on exercises and real case studies and examples to help participants gain the required knowledge and understanding of HACCP.

Pre-requisite:

Some basic knowledge of food safety concepts, food safety legislation and pre-requisite programmes would be beneficial.
