The following is an example of a programme with a customised theme on “Building a Champion Team in a Rapidly
Changing Environment”.
Introduction:
Participants will learn in this teambuilding workshop that they can become a “change agent” and direct their
energy at correcting problems and be involved in the new directions of the organization, seizing the opportunity to
learn and grow, instead of aggravating the situation by resisting change. They should also be able to identify
their personal values, qualities, abilities, interests and aptitudes as part of the process in developing personal
effectiveness in handling changes. This will help to build a positive self image, self esteem and attitude in order
to be a valued team member in the organization.
The unique programme enables participants to create a dramatic change in the way they relate to their work, their
colleagues, and their customers. The result is a totally rejuvenated team working on a higher level of commitment
to achieve extraordinary results.
The programme consists of two main components – change management and building a champion team, with the following
