Our corporate logo is made up of two elements- a nautilus shell spiral and a box. In nature, the
shell of a nautilus is a symbol of beauty and perfect proportion and balance. The natural growth pattern of the
nautilus shell represents a geometric construction called the Golden Ratio, also known as the Perfect Ratio or
"Phi".
The symbol of a nautilus shell depicts a strive towards perfection. The spiral shape and upward
movement of the nautilus represents continuous improvement, which is the essence of Kaizen. The spiralling of the
nautilus extending outside the box depicts "out of the box" thinking. Our philosophy is that to change and achieve
continuous improvement, organisations need "out of the box" and innovative solutions.
Change needs to come fast and red, a colour associated with fast action, energy and strength is
used for the box to symbolise accelerated change from out of the box solutions. The soft and elegant but firm brush
stroke of the nautilus spiral denotes the way we deliver our services - always with a soft, personal touch balanced
with firm commitment and dedication. Blue is used for the spiral as it is a colour associated with movement,
fluidity and progress.

Kaizen
The word "Kaizen" is the Japanese word for "a change for the better" ("kai" means "change”, and
"zen" means “good”), which results in "continuous improvement". Striving for excellence, always looking for ways to
improve what already exists, and believing that one can impact change, is at the heart of the Kaizen spirit.
Kaizen is a way of life philosophy, believing that every aspect of our life needs to be
constantly improved. The Kaizen philosophy lies behind many well-known Japanese management concepts. The key
elements of Kaizen are quality, effort, improvement of all employees, willingness to change and communication.
