You will have the opportunity to undertake many high-profile assignments, working with organisations across a diverse range of sectors in Singapore and around the world.

Lean / Six Sigma Principal Consultant
(Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand)

Key Responsibilities

• To support the development and delivery of robust and results-oriented Lean / Six Sigma and continuous improvement programmes across different industry sectors
• To Coach clients in the use of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and tools to improve business processes
• To conduct public and in-house training

Requirements

• Strong track record of career success in a similar role, including coaching and facilitation experience
• Certified Lean Master / Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt
• Recognised Degree in Engineering / Science / Technology
• Experience in the management and delivery of Lean / Six Sigma projects in manufacturing and transactional settings, with measurable results achieved
• Outstanding leadership, project management and communication skills
• Highly motivated team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas for projects
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and preferably other Asian languages
