Target Audience 

Managers, process owners, engineers and other personnel who are involved in the introduction of new  products and contribute to the APQP.

Programme Objectives    

At the end of this course, participants will understand the APQP requirements, its relationship to programme management and status reporting and what needs to be done to comply with the APQP requirements.  They will understand that when properly applied, these tools can decrease the time needed to get a product to market, increase profitability and lower total product development costs through effective product / process design techniques.  Hence the knowledge gained from the course will enable participants to introduce new products and processes smoothly.
